Plant Features

KMCT Thailand began copper tube production as a child company of Mitsubishi Materials Corporation in 1996. Since then, the company has produced copper tubes for the majority of Japanese air-conditioning manufacturers in Thailand.

The factory is located in Rayong, just 2 hours from Bangkok by car and 1 hour from Laem Chabang Port, two major locations of its product distribution. Its location, which is 25 km inland from the coast and 45 m above sea level, also reduces danger from floods or tsunami.

The factory serves as South East Asia’s premiere copper tube manufacturer, leveraging its years of experience and Japan’s latest technology. Along with producing over 30,000 tons of copper tubes annually, KMCT Thailand strives towards excellence in quality and environmental management through compliance with all international ISO regulations.
